1. Why should I choose FIS instead of a large company?

        Although large companies have the capabilities to have 24/7 live help, endless advanced systems, and some of the most state-of-the-art equipment; there is one thing that they can't have -> the small company feel.

        In the website hosting business, it usually does not matter your size. Everyone is offering the same basic stuff, so it really comes down to service and customer relations. This is were small hosting companies like us prosper. We have the advantage of being able to work one-on-one with our clients and in most causes even know them on a name basis.

2. Can I see some websites you host? How do I know your a legit company?

        Fisch Internet Solutions understands customer concern with the large amount of small website hosting companies who are usually fraud. However FIS is among the leading small company hosting companies. We have been in business for over 5 years now, since 2001, as Fisch Website Design. We have recently changed our name from Website Design to Internet Solutions to reflect our expansion of services into network design and technology consulting. 3. Do you place ads on my site?

        Like most paid hosting companies, we DO NOT place any ads on our hosting packages. However we do offer a discount to our hosting clients if they allow us to place a small ad on the bottom of their website. 4. What forms of payments do you accept?

5. Do you accept clients from outside of the United States?

        Unfortunately we do not at this time. Our company structure has been designed to only conduct business in mainland United States. 6. Can I upgrade my account or get more space?

        At any time you may upgrade your account. If you would like to upgrade, just contact Customer Support with your domain name and what package you want to upgrade to.

7. Do you host adult websites?

        Yes. However we highly suggest that you read our hosting Terms of Service. In addition, we will only host adult websites as long as:

   1. There is NO content that is potential child pornography or content perceived to be child pornography (Lolita).
